Working through different roles in Personal, Business, and Commercial Banking, then Project Management and now in IT / Digital Program Management - Bruce has a background from both the Business and IT worlds of Financial Services. Current Roles & Responsibilities Include: Program Management of all Enterprise-Wide Digital Initiatives, including the development and roll-out of a new Omni-Channel Digital Banking Solution Responsible for the creation and management of an Enterprise-Wide Client Experience Program Management of the bank’s multi-year Digital Transformation Initiative including Cloud Migration (Azure), Development Operations, and Application Development Lead and manage team of ~30 Developers, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Dev Ops Engineers, Cloud Architects, User Experience Engineers, and Project Managers Application of Lean Six Sigma, SCRUM, SDLC and Agile methodologies to Digital Channel Management initiatives to reduce costs and mitigate risk, as well as increase sprint velocity and development efficiency Teach Yellow & Green Belt Courses as well as Facilitation of Black Belt Projects |
