Colleen joined Safeway in 2004. She has taken roles in Corporate Reengineering supporting the Stores, and in FP&A teams supporting Marketing and Main Meals Business Unit. In 2007 she joined into an Innovation team that pioneered the strategy for 1:1 Digital Marketing. Colleen now leads the Digital Operations team at Albertsons Companies and holds responsibility for all digital execution supporting 2,300+ Stores. Her team manages digital targeted marketing operations which includes digital content setup, personalization as well as web, email and mobile communications. Her team supports Loyalty Programs, eCommerce, Division needs as well as Enterprise initiatives.
Previous to Safeway, Colleen dedicated 6 years to IT consulting in Northern Virginia, serving both military and government clients. Colleen holds a BS in Economics/Electrical Engineering and also an MBA from University of California, Los Angeles. |
