David Bear’s experience has ranged from working with small start up firms to Fortune 100 companies in business development, corporate development, sales, advertising, marketing, account management, and consulting roles specifically focused in the digital advertising category.
Currently, David is the VP, Agency Partnerships at Kargo. In his role David leads the Omnicom agency partnership team in North America, focusing on the company’s direct and programmatic business with Omnicom's media agencies and the strategic partnership with with Omnicom Corporate.
Prior to Kargo, David was Strategic Partnership & Global Agency Director for Quantcast, a leader in artificial intelligence (AI) technology and its application for brands, agencies and publishers. At Quantcast, David managed the Omnicom & Havas global relationships along with Quantcast independent agency strategy.
Before joining Quantcast, David lead the Global Omnicom partnership at Microsoft Advertising leading sales teams in North America, EMEA and APAC covering Omnicom media agencies in market.
Prior to Microsoft, David spent five years at BBDO, a leading Omnicom global creative agency network, launch their mobile and social practice in North America.
