Gerry Leske is the Executive Vice President of Brown & Brown in New York City. In this role, he consults with companies on their Employee Benefit plans with regard to cost containment, plan design, compliance & best practices. He has been with the company since 2001 and has more than 20 years of experience in employee benefits brokerage & consulting; managing human resources programs for a range of industry sectors, including technology, advertising and consulting organizations. Prior to joining Brown & Brown, Gerry held management positions with two major technology firms, InterWorld Corporation and Monster Worldwide.
At InterWorld, Gerry directed the corporate Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits practices as the company went through a successful initial public offering.
During his tenure at Monster, Gerry served as the Human Resources Manager as the company grew from 1,000 employees to more than 9,000 employees and completed 40+ acquisitions including an initial public offering.
Gerry received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from the State University of New York at Oswego. Gerry lives in Scotch Plains, NJ with his wife and son.
