Heny Gabay is an accomplished marketing executive with global leadership expertise launching, revitalizing and growing brands for large publicly traded companies in a wide range of industries. She has the distinctive ability to leverage, integrate and monetize digital media into strategic branding initiatives, to build awareness, gain market share and deliver profitable business growth. She is highly regarded for managing and influencing large multi-cultural and multi-functional teams to deliver results that exceed expectations.
Heny is currently the CMO, responsible for Marketing and Revenue Planning at Club Quarters Hotels, where she has been for the past 3 years. She spent the previous seven years as Vice-President of Marketing and Strategy for the Wyndham Hotel Group, with responsibility for the largest hotel brands globally, in addition to all brands in the Latin America region. Her strategic leadership and innovative execution of marketing initiatives led to significant year over year growth in revenue over multiple consecutive years, in addition to the development of award-winning advertising campaigns, and ROI-positive digital and social media integration. HSMAI (Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International) named Heny one of the “Top 25 Most Extraordinary Minds in Sales and Marketing” in 2010, and she is co-author of that organization’s Online Marketing Certification Program, launched in 2012. She has spoken at numerous industry conferences and is fluent in English, Portuguese, Spanish, Bulgarian and French (conversational). Previously, Heny held several progressively more senior roles at The McGraw-Hill Companies, with notable achievements such as the launch of Standard & Poor’s in Brazil, the restructuring of the Marketing, Sales and Customer Service organizations across Latin America, to achieve increased efficiency, and the international expansion of the educational assessment and reporting division to Latin America, Eastern Europe and Asia. Prior to McGraw-Hill, Heny held brand management roles at the Procter & Gamble Company in Brazil, where she launched iconic brands such as Pampers and Pantene. Heny earned her MBA from The Wharton School and also earned an MSc degree in Digital Media Marketing from NYU. She is a Board Member and the Treasurer of Pantomonium Productions, a not-for-profit organization serving under-privileged children in New York City. |
