Mark is a Senior Director in NTT DATA’s Healthcare & Life Science industry, specializing in the strategic and operational management of the Program Management Office, Project Management Centers of Excellence, and Application Management & Delivery (AMD).
An experienced senior-level consultant and IT executive, Mark brings a broad level of knowledge and experience across multiple IT disciplines including IT Strategy & Planning, IT Alignment, Business Intelligence/Analytics, and Project Portfolio Management.
In prior roles Mark ran the Program Management Practice and PMO for CIGNA Healthcare.
Earlier in his career, Mark was a Senior Manager in Andersen’s (Accenture) Strategy practice (I&TS) with industry concentration in Financial Services, Healthcare, and Retail. Mark also spent a significant amount of his career in the IBM Consulting Group, with his most recent role as a Global Competency Leader in their IT Strategy and Planning practice. His responsibilities included research and development of leading frameworks, methods, and analytics for IBM’s worldwide consulting organization.
Mark received a BA degree in Public Administration from Fordham University, and an MBA in Finance/Statistics from Rutgers Graduate School of Management. He also holds a Certificate in Strategic Healthcare Management from the Rutgers Advanced Management Program.
