Martin Schellenberg is Senior Director of Customer Engagement for Hilton Supply Management (HSM) and function lead of the sales organization. As sn industry leader in global supply chain management, operations and brand programs, for Hilton, his sales team influences spend for over 100 hospitality brands domestically.

His team actively promotes HSM’s procurement services that leverage Hilton’s billions in combined spend to drive massive economies of scale via competitive contracts with industry-leading suppliers all while driving substantial savings for hotels.

Under his leadership, HSM has experienced exponential growth tripling the acquisition of new accounts within the last calendar year.
Prior to his current appointment, Martin held the position of Director of Product Improvement within Hilton’s Brand Services Division. He supported a diverse portfolio of luxury and full service properties, negotiating Product Improvement Plans with owners and management company representatives to ensure the adherence to quality and construction standards.

Martin is a German native that spend the majority of his career within the United States. Prior to working for Hilton, Martin spend several years managing the day-to-day operation of luxury hotels for companies like The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company or Capella Hotels and Resorts.
