Michelle Bockman is the Global Head of 3D Printing Commercial Development & Expansion at HP Inc. In this role, she focuses on growing the market through key customer engagements, global alliances, materials partner programs, applications development, creating new software solutions, and ensuring the best customer experience and outcomes.
Before joining HP, Michelle had a long career at several GE businesses. Her last role was at GE Digital where she led the company’s ambitious strategy to build a software-driven digital future for large industrial customers and establish GE Digital as a $15 billion stand-alone P&L. Still at GE Digital, Michelle was the Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Professional Services for Wurldtech, a startup industrial cyber security company that GE purchased. She built the foundation of the Service organization as well as delivering substantial year over year growth in this start-up business while operationalizing and scaling the entire organization.
Before coming to Wurldtech, Michelle was the GM of Global Parts and Repair Solutions within GE Healthcare, responsible for $750M gross inventory, 60 warehouses, and four global repair centers delivering 3M parts/year ontime 99% of the time.
In addition, Michelle was the GM-Service in the Americas region for GE Healthcare - Life Sciences located in Piscataway, New Jersey. She rebuilt the service organization delivering healthy revenue, margin growth and high customer satisfaction. Michelle, also, led a service P&L in Washington DC/Maryland covering diagnostic imaging, Software (PACS) Install & Support, Ultrasound and Invasive Cardiology delivering high growth.
Michelle holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from the Missouri University of Science & Technology and is based in Palo Alto, California.
