Since 1983, Ted’s Wall Street IT career theme has been to trade as fast and as intelligently as possible, for competitive advantage. Since 2005, Ted’s main role has been Ultra Low Latency (ULL) Architect, with Citi, Deutsche Bank, and JP Morgan. In Summer 2017, Ted will teach ULL technologies for Electronic Trading at NYU. Ted's expertise does include • Big Data Analytics -- Machine Learning / Neural Networks. By joining the BigData Advisory Board, Ted will focus on Big Data / Machine Learning for electronic training specific use cases such as real time Transaction Cost Analysis (TCA) and alpha seeking strategies (trade recommendations). Ted graduated from Rutgers in 1978 and 1982 with a BA and MCRP respectively. Ted also received a Certificate in Internet Technologies from NYU in 1997.
