Thomas P. Nehila is Vice President – Global Finance Transformation Leader at Volt Information Sciences, in NY, NY. In his current role, he directs the strategic planning of the global finance organization including the process re-design, system architecture, benchmarking and the development and design of the company’s financial and operational performance management systems.
Prior to Volt, Mr. Nehila was with Reader’s Digest as Vice President and CFO of the Reader Digest Community, the company’s $600M core business unit. He also spent 20 years of progressive roles in finance and sales operations management within the Telecom, and Business Information Industries. He is experienced in building high performance teams and leading organizations in the execution of international strategies focused on business transformation, restructuring, and the delivery of innovative and sustainable cross functional process improvements. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Religion from Rutgers University and his Master degree in Finance and International Business from Seton Hall University. Mr. Nehila, a Certified Management Accountant has also completed an Executive Education curriculum at the Darden School of Business Administration (Merger & Acquisition: Strategy & Implementation) and at the Babson Graduate School of Management (New Finance and Entrepreneurialism Program). |
